Bitcoin or Ethereum

What’s a better long term investment? 1 BTC or 32 ETH? I don’t want to hear about link or ampl or any other altcoin you’re peddling atm. I’m talking about the big boys. What’s the better option?

or LINK

Why's this board so sold on LINK? I rarely hear any arguments to match the zealotry, and it makes me a little skeptical about the project

Eth but I'd still hold some btc as well

Can’t you read retard?

Obviously eth, but you don't want to hear the reason why. Probably couldn't understand it anyway.

LINK is a scam. Wanna know the future of link? Look at Ampl. Ampl is basically a fast-forward version of link, a pump/dump scam. Go 100% bitcoin.

Define long term..

More than 4-5 years BTC (safer - safeish)
Anything for next 1-2 years no doubt ETH
Or maybe do 40:40 and 20 in biggie alts like Link / Buidl (Eth devs on it) or RSR

You must be very very smart

One has massive ongoing developments by hundreds+ of independent teams
The other is the oldest blockchain in history and has a brand name
I take the developer pill, but I’d say you need exposure to both

Stop shilling your dead ponzi

Why not leverage both with a deflationary balance pool? e.g. statera

At least Ethereum has some usercases. Bitcoin only has a name.

>More than 4-5 years BTC (safer - safeish)
8 years from block reward is going to be 1.6125, I see safety issues regarding that, in 8 years eth might even be at 2.0, eth is better for that time frame

ETH. 2.0 is going to deliver the true crypto dream, mass adoption, new money, enterprises in, individuals being their own banks all that shit. $900 incoming

I use BTC all the time to buy things

BTC

Imagine not holding both. 1 BTC/32 ETH/1000 LINK is the bear minimum for a Zig Forums suicide stack. In reality the suicide stack is 2.1 BTC/32 ETH/10,000 LINK but the average Zig Forumsraeli is priced out of that

>tfw i have all three
surely between these three options i won't kms myself

Bots

Ethereum because all the devs have autism powers

Look at Polkadot ex ETH dev
Look at Hoskinson's Cardano

Shits mooning bro
If Ethereum doesn't hit $5,000 this next bull something is wrong

Ethereum and smart contracts are totally useless if you can't connect them to outside world in a secure decentralized manner. That's the oracle problem.
The whole success of blockchain depends on someone building a network of nodes to translate legacy data into blockchain and vice versa.
That's what link is.
Now you know. $7 is still cheap.

Ethereum for multiple reasons, the biggest being ETH 2.0 and DeFi

Get 42 eth

>Bitcoin only has a name
2020, and you still can't figure it out
>a secure decentralized manner
>That's what link is
choose one

Buy btc and convert to renbtc then enjoy the perks of eth. Win win

Crypto is a distraction. Satoshi is Adam Back, the head of Blockstream, and every other crypto after Bitcoin is simply an offshoot of the original scam.

Bitcoin is worthless as an actual currency, and has no use-case; Ethereum is centralized, and the result of a hack and a rollback. Buy gold and gold miners if you want to prosper.

This. Bitcoin is and will always be king. LINK is a overpriced json parser with no value.

>gold is worthless as an actual currency, and has no use-case; buy sea shells and sea shell gatherers if you want to prosper.

Almost there
I don’t think I’ll make it this run but if I short at the right time and buy back I should have a decent amount of money left over to last me until the next bull run
