He remains hanged on a ship for 12 fucking hours just to support Eren one last time.
Even when he dies his thought goes to the survival of his island and people.
Even the cringevers can't disagree with him anymore but they are still gonna do their bullshit.
He did all he could to save this part of the plot and now he is gone.

I see this statement a lot when it’s discussed whether or not the alliance will win or lose. And to answer that, I will talk about a sacrifice given by someone this chapter. That someone is Floch Forster. In the new chapter, Floch tried to prevent the alliance from reaching Ereh. He shot the plane, and it looked like he succeeded for a minute, but the plane was able to be repaired just in time. He failed, but that doesn’t mean it was all pointless. Floch gave his heart and soul to protect the people of Paradis. With an open wound, he clung to the ship for a long distance, fueled by nothing but raw determination. He had to ensure that his people would be safe. He fought for what he believed was right, and he died for what he believed was right. It doesn’t matter that he didn’t succeed, it matters that he tried. The same can apply to the alliance. The alliance can be defeated in the final confrontation, but that doesn’t make their dedication to save the world pointless in the context of the story. They would fight to the bitter end for what they believe is right, and while I don’t agree with they’re doing, I definitely respect their dedication.
