went to shit when the author made lenalee's hair short
This is a garbage opinion but I respect it nonetheless. Nonetheless than I respect actual shit.
A girl introduced me to D Gray-Man years ago, I only read a few chapters and got bored.

still one of the best anime piano pieces
Noah's ark arc was good though.
I once caught up to all of the D.Gray-Man manga back in 2017ish. The last thing I remember was the Noah inside Allen being awakened, said Noah being the brother of The Earl and they had some tragic backstory between them or some shit like that. It was OK honestly, D.Gray-Man is better than your average shonen for sure, but nothing phenomenal.
Were there any significant plot developments since then? I stopped following it.
Is it still dead?
this, why the fuck do authors cut their hair to pretend they went through significant character growth
because muh samurai. eh, whatever, it's a cultural thing in japan, it's better than aping the west (more than they already do).
>Shounenshit
>Fujoshit
>Isekaishit
Is this the worst combination? Glad it is dead.
>Dead
Jokes on all of us this shit is going the way of berserk.
Please God let it die, free me from this hell. It's not too enough to pretend it ended when Cross died
Lenalee had a short hair in her draft designs. The mangaka just like it short.
>isekaishit
retard. do you neo-faggots not even what "isekai" means?
user, the Noahs came from the another world. Did you read the latest chapters?
isekai is when the PROTAGONIST(s) get transported to another world, not the villains. don't justify this retard.

The Noah actually came from a different timeline, a modern one where the earth is ruined. Also the 13th isn't the brother of the Earl, they were originally one person who split into two (the 13th/Nea and the Earl/Mana). I believe its also been recently more or less confirmed that Allen's Innocence is in fact the "Heart".
They really gonna make Allen's innocence the heart? You could have seen that shit coming a decade ago, you'd think there'd be something more interesting than that
ngl, I keep forgetting this is still on going...right?
>time travel
>allen is the mcguffin
Yup, it's been ruined, that's a shame. Glad I stopped investing my time in it.
At what point did this manga go full Fujoshit? When Johnny was shoehorned into being an actual character? I stopped reading somewhere around the base moving to London
Its supposed to be 1 chapter every 3 months, but the author's arm is fucked, so you're lucky if she even puts out 1 or 2 chapters per year.
It basically went fujo after it resumed from its multi-year hiatus, where it did Yu's backstory, then Allen's after The 13th began to take over him.
I still don't get it. In the beginning, it was the Earl who tricked Allen into turning Mana into an Akuma right?
But now ye Earl and Mana is also the same person?
Its a little confusing. Mana forgot he was the Earl after Nea's death. After remembering that he was the Earl, Mana probably just messed with Allen, or had some goal, like awakening Nea. This isn't just conjecture, the cover art of the manga volumes shows that she was planning this whole thing out.
Allen might be an unreliable narrator. Maybe we can find the answer next chapter.
Am I retarded if I don't get this? If Mama was the Earl all along who was the corpse Allen brought back to life and gave him the eye scar at the start of the manga????
Was for Unreliable narrator or not, that star scar came from some place
It's a shame the series degraded into...whatever it is now. In 2006-2008 it was one of the best in WSJ
I tried getting into this ~2010 with the anime but got bored when the obvious filler started getting bad. What ends up happening to best girl?
Sidelined to prevent anyone from thinking this series had heterosexual undertones
This is not isekai you stupid newfag
Is not really giving material for fujos tho, no one is getting anything now.
He's probably one of those retards who think "native isekai" is a thing.
