FMAB was always the top spot, It has something in it for everyone, and is cool while not being childish or too edgy. It's just a good piece of exiting steampunk fantasy.
However, that number rating is now meaningless.
Ever since Ishuzoku reviewers got the top spot in votes, MAL went full retard and started weighing the votes. Nobody has any idea what this 9.22 actually translates to.
