Why aren't there any series that start with the protagonist getting married and going on adventures with his new wife?
Why aren't there any series that start with the protagonist getting married and going on adventures with his new wife?
How would such a series even work?
Arifureta is basically that after volume 1. MC is basically married to his loli vampire by that point.
Clearly NTR.
>MY WIFE LITERALLY CAN'T STOP GETTING RAPED
Fuck, that Doujin was good for my dick and soul.
Rurouni Kenshin/Inuyasha but they got married right away.
What is this manga called?
Asking as I want to read this myself and form my own opinion.
Why does she have someone's thumb in her mouth?
too unrelatable
It's the same one posted read the file name.
Because we all know marriage is the end, not the beginning.
>protag having a waifu is too unrelatable
>but harem protags aren't
The entire plot of Monogatari is arguably one big lover's spat between Araragi and his eternal wife.
Sumiyao is God.
What is such a good character design doing in porn?
>fake loli
no thanks
Tonikaku kawaii
Harem protags don't have a harem at the start of the story. They're losers who gain them afterwards after the girls realize he's nicer than the other guys
By not being a romance as primary genre.
I know right, I got Tsugumomo vibes reading the doujin.
This makes no sense, unless the wife is also an adventurer, in which case its pointless to marry.
In the first place marrying should imply settling down, you dont take your wife to work.
Harem protagonists usually have at least one girl after their dick the moment it starts, either main heroine or the osananajimi.
So where's the sex in harem series then?
I don't think that's the point he was getting at
Pretty much. Cut all the romcom filler to make room for actual story, but you still get a loving main heroine around to participate in the story and support the protagonist. Although I wonder how many people in this day and age are even capable of writing a supportive wife on a story-wide basis.
there's a solid chunk of shoujo manga that's like that. it ranges from good to absolute dogshit, though.
Ignoring haremshit, there are a few romance series that do this but they're somewhat rare, since marriage is usually seen as the final goal/climax; you'll probably have better luck in the SoL genre.
Adventure series have romance on the side and view it as about the same: the comfy home life with his cute waifu is the reward after the hero finishes his main quest.
there is that one isekai where the MC reached level 2 and becomes stupidly powerful subdues a demon fox girl and makes her his wife like in the third chapter
thanks, will check out
In a story or even life, marriage is a settling down concept. Japanese still holds this tradition so in most stories marriage is seen as the end of the journey.
Risou no Himo
Liu Bei gained and lost wives all throughout his life. More stories should frame wives as a companion rather than an anchor.
Towako is godly, singlehandedly reignited my dead penis from reading hentai
The point of marriage is you give up your freedom for some pussy. Marriage is modern day slavery.
I'll check out, thanks user
>isekai
That's a red flag for me, user. Is it some really shallow haremshit or do they actually grow a relationship?
Not OP, but thank you
this was may more wholesome than I thought it would be
No harem here but it is shallow as you'd expect.
Like this.
What is Clannad?
Unfortunately most LN/manga/anime is aimed and sold to teens so a mature, level-headed execution of such a concept doesn't make much business sense
That said - this would be great
Reg is the wife
>The series description
Yeah this looks fucking terrible.
I'll read a few chapters anyways, but only because I have a mild obsession with finding really shitty isekai
Reg is a public toilet
eh It's not a masterpiece but MC rejects the Harem idea and there is some nice development from the wolf waifu
Fuck, I did not expect those FEELS...
Uh huh, just accept you have shitty taste like the rest of us.
