Final chapter will be Guts and Griffith coming to an understanding. The divine and the mortal accepting their differences and shaking hands to forge a future for everybody.

Because his current action outweight the sacrifice he made, there is no reason for Guts to kill him, not like he could Griffith anyway, Casca will probably the one asking Guts to move on, he cant so shit against Griffith and doing so will only ruin the lives of countless people.

It's really obvious that Griffith isn't going to lose or at least not lose in the traditional sense. Current Griffith is infinitely stronger than Guts.

If the Skull Knight armed with the Sword of Actuation can't do shit against Griffith, then you bet your delicious donut rectum that Guts can't touch him, even with a soon-to-be-upgraded Berserker Armor. It just won't happen. Also, it's been clear for over a decade now that the story won't end on a revenge conclusion, it will end with Guts forgiving Griffith and moving on.

Why doesn't Guts just become the new Idea of Evil?

Not that user, but you are stupid, Griffith has killed millions of people by purposely merging the worlds so the survivors have to live under him, Guts and Casca can't live in peace the rest of their lives because they have those brands which will make them spend the rest of eternity in hell.
I'm not sure if Guts will survive in the end, but Faggith is 100% dying and either his 4 friends die too or they are sealed without ever being able to manipulate humans ever again.
There's also a big decision Miura has to make with how to handle the idea of evil, since it's pretty clear Miura wants to transfer a final abstract message for the whole series at the end so I'm not sure if God will be killed or not, but if you think Griffith will "win" when he has such an obvious weakness (moonlight boy) and Guts sword is already confirmed to be able to kill him, then you are delusional.
Griffith made the disgusting decision to rape Casca, and that decision is what it's going to kill him in the end, like a ripple effect, him having to share a vessel with the boy is his doom.

Guts deciding Griffith isn't worth losing his nakama and focusing on just carving out a safe place outside his kingdom he can keep demon-free would sent Femto into a downward spiral of overcompensation that would most likely result in him doing a repeat of his original downfall, hammering in that Guts has grown beyond his traumas while Femto is still the insecure manchild he was as Griffith.
it would jive way better with the themes of Berserk if Guts wins by just fucking off and letting Femto get himself killed by trying to usurp the Concept Of Evil
