why would you let your eggs set that much and still add another
you're going to have two overcooked eggs or one undercooked

you put the cooked rice in a bowl and then the egg. the rice cooks the egg if it's still warm.

There is no way you're going to have your rice that hot. Even then, it'd cool down too quickly to properly "cook" it. It's okay to eat raw eggs. TKG is defined by mixing a raw egg in a bowl of rice.

just finished eating a home made stir fry of hokkien noodles, kidney beans, lima beans, onions beans, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, sweet potato, spinach, and mushrooms in a rajma masala gravy. I made enough for my dinner plus work lunches for the next three days.
