I don't know who the best are but I do know that these guys are the fucking worst.
They did Vampire Bund with pride, so I respect them.
Based, even though kodansha don't print majority of stuff they still can't get near as bad as dark horse. Fuck them! I couldn't even finish mpd psycho!
You already posted them OP. They translated most of the monster girl stuff so I'm grateful to them for that much at least.
They picked up every manga that appeared in the Monster Girl threads of 2014 to the point where I believed they hired people to lurk the threads.
All I want is the first Eizouken volume but they keep delaying it
For me, it's Viz
How does everyone even keep track of licensed manga? I wish there was a mangaupdates equivalent for licensed series.
Google is your friend, there are several sites that keep track of licensed manga
/thread
Everyone else sucks and/or is staffed by retards
>mangaplus
>viz
>yenpress
>kodanshacomics
>crunchyroll
yes
There is only one right answer:
I'm legit too stupid to figure out which keywords to search for. Extremely shitty blogposts or crappy mal forum posts are all I get when searching licensed manga releases or english manga releases. What do I need to search for?
Why are they bad? The berserk deluxe edition is fucking lit
Used to. Kodansha won't publish the good stuff and bought the best publisher we had. Fuck them too.
>The berserk deluxe edition is fucking lit
No it isn't. I don't have the image at hand but they completely fucked up the scans. Some pages lose almost all of its details.
Not the one in your pic, for sure.

It's not that hard user, this was on the first page of searching manga licensed in english. What I'd recommend if you can't find it on this list is checking the websites of the english publishers, usually they have a catalogue of all their manga, how many volumes are out and what they'll be licensing.
dude come on that's nothing even like mangaupdates. It's just a crappy list with no info on how far a series has even been translated.
Drawn & Basededly
ann is okay
I follow these guys for new licenses apart from the actual publishers
twitter.com
For older licenses i just go through publisher websites. A bit of a chore but worth it.
I would assume that people from every publisher lurks here, paid or unpaid. Plus all the scanlation sites, etc., and plebbit.
>Mangaplus
Scans look like complete dogshit and translations are ok at best
>Viz
Translations are notoriously garbage
>Yenpress
Pretty based
>Kodansha
No experience with them
>Crunchyroll
You're trolling if you think they're anything other than complete horse shit
And Daiz got mad when I called him a parasite.
I bought the first 3 Mob Psycho volumes from Dark Horse and the pages are all faded
I fucking hate Dark Horse so much
Lol fuck no.
I wish they didn't insist on reversing images so it reads L-R. It's the one thing I hate about them.
It's okay in terms of news, even if their articles are shit.
Each entry has a link to the respective wikipedia list which denotes all the information on how much has been published by american publishers. The user who I responded too was using mal forums as a guideline,so this list is useful, I don't see the problem with the list, as it's function is only to denote the official translations, not every scanlator in existence. It still has problems, and I'd still recommend checking the official sites and catalogues of the publishers, but I'd say it's a pretty good starting point
Well I have them too. Don't have that issue with mine but it's not even about the random quality issues. It's about their fuckin schedule and how sporadically they drop series! Like atleast publish them digitally ffs there isn't even any further scans for the series I mentioned.
