When Vegito was eaten by Super Buu they also removed the Kai that Buu ate to become Fat Buu so basically all the external factors were removed which is why Kid Buu remained when they got out

How does he revert to original buu when super buu is the result of gray buu eating fat buu? Logically, since gray buu absorbed fat buu, then taking away fat buu should just change him back to gray buu.

Original Boo + Kai + Random Others (Skinny Boo) = Majin Boo
Majin Boo - Random Others (Skinny Boo) = Fat Boo
Fat Boo + Skinny Boo (stronger then Fat Boo) = Super Boo

Super Boo - Fat Boo - Kai = Kid Boo (Original Boo + Skinny Boo)

Majiin Buu as we originally meet him is a whole being. His evil then separates and reabsorbs him. Super buu is literally the same as regular Majiin Buu except his evil is now in the driver seat rather than his innocence. However removing the original innocent buu later is essentially removing all of his absorptions, not just his innocense which converts him back to his original form rather than the evil buu. Since the evil Buu was specifically created from Buu's existential crisis.

I still don't understand why Buu was not still broken in Super and after. He can still massively increase his powerlevel in seconds by turning people into cookies and eating them, or absorbing other people and changing his form. Plus he has perfect regeneration and cannot die. But he was still third rate and mostly nonexistent in the series.

Also a training arc was not really necessary for him.

Doesn't help that for years video games portrayed tiny Buu as the mostest powerfulest transformation. Like it was Buu's super saiyan
