considering it's an anime they will probably do away with his internal dialogue which is where a majority of the perverted shit is. on the surface he probably just has that "trademark" perverted grin which, without the internal dialogue talking about his sisters tits or roxy in the bath, is pretty tame. that alone cleans up 90% of the smut.

im not sure about him being a loser all the way through. he makes a lot better life for himself over his original, and towards the end of the WN/LN holds off on repeatedly impregnating his 20yo wives to protect them during the decisive battle, so he can control his perverseness as well
the author does a bad job of developing and tracking his character growth internally but in the end he is a much better person than the previous life, and better again than himself 10 years back in his reincarnated life.

What? Roxy's race live a long life, similar to elves, but they don't grow older when they reach adulthood. From human perspective, they look like lolis/shotas. Sylphi is half elf so she doesn't age much like a human. She grows fairly older later on after Rudeus becomes a young adult, but until then she's still petite and flat throughout academy years, so she can pass for a little girl. As for Eris, she was a loli when they had sex and before she left, but reunites with him as a grown human adult,
