99% of those superpowers are just useless garbage and most people will never be heroes. The fact that the only thing Deku does is engage in self-pity is pathetic. Then he gets the most powerful quirk and instead of waking up to the occasion, he just continues on with his selfish desires.

I’m probably wrong but I think that panel is when Bon clay sacrifices himself to give Luffy a way to escape impel down , which said friend did put himself back into danger to provide Luffy the only way to attempt to rescue ace.

And if the Naruto example is referring to Sasuke the situation is much more nuanced in that Sasuke absolutely didn’t want Naruto’s help at all and was involved in terrorist acts against another nation.
