STRAY STRAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!

I had planned to watch it for ages but just hearing the OP drove me off.
I like Bones but fuck skipping that for 26 episodes.

it compensates for the godlike ed

One of the best anime of the early 2000s, highly recommended

>worth the watch?
Yes, absolutely. Interesting setting, decent characters, good production and directing, amazing soundtrack. Flowed a bit in the story department, but is still very entertaining show, can recommend to anyone.
Wrong and wrong.
Come on now, this is not a real reason to miss out on a good anime, also it's 30 episodes.

To be honest 4 episodes of the original TV are recaps that has 0 new material, so it is technically 26 episodes with the OVA.

Based OP.

Hey, is that Archer to the left?

I completely forgot about 20% of the anime being recaps, what were they thinking?

>watch episode
>it's a recap
>alright what can you do, keep watching
>watch next episode
>it's ANOTHER recap
>fuck this, skip
>next episode is STILL a recap
I think I lost my shit at that point. What the fuck is this.

I just fast forwarded through them, checking briefly for new content.
What I assume happened here is that staff fell behind the schedule way too far as I mentioned above, the production and directing is fairly good, and to make things good you need either lots of qualified staff or valuable time and to make some space they put out 4 recaps in a row which is, of course, absolutely ridiculous. OVA is the extent of that, they had to make up with 4 lost episodes somehow.
But no, I don't know what actually happened, and frankly it doesn't matter.

Kind of wasted potential due to contrived plot and a cryptic ending.

11/10 soundtrack though

Nobles didn't deliver, and were rather disappointing, that's my only problem with the ending.

its good and villain is great

It has some good animated scenes and some good music
But I hate the whole series
Had to force myself to watch it because at the time I was stuck at home in the summer with a dial up connection
After having downloaded a few series before the end of university
I'm a bit old guys
I started watching naruto the first year it came out and full metal alchemist

I'm an old man too. I watched Wolf's Rain on Adult Swim's toonami in its original run. Same with FMA. I couldn't stand Naruto dub so I didn't watch that though. This was after university for me too so it wasn't like I was 12. /blog

Great first few episodes.
The entire middle half of the series is mediocre and forgettable.
Incredible last few episodes (OVA sequel)

7/10 anime with a 10/10 climax and ending.

God, I forgot how gay that dude's outfit was.
I mean how do you even pass that off as being remotely heterosexual.

I liked it, super fucking gay story but I could appreciate the reasonably likeable characters, interesting premise, and pretty damn lovely animation and detail consistency.

Had a really good OST too.

the Strangers song is the only thing I remember from this.

it's one of the first anime that I watched, yes it is worth

I doubt I'm gonna
