It's a fun little series with great art and nice wordplay. Nothing too serious. Great as a weekly read. Your mileage with the characters may vary, but Kumagawa was such a fan favorite that he got his own spin off.

Zenkichi is example of good MC.
Real motivation. Physically strong but he isn't overpowered and nerfed by intellect. Good personality. Not whimpy and always ready to action.
Kumagawa and Ajimu are good characters.
All other characters are ok and not annoying. I didn't really like Medaka but I understand what Nisio try to convey with her.
Abilities are interesting.
Manga is pretty good.

I’ve been joining in with the storytime and I’ve enjoyed it for the most part. The series’s highs are really high but the lows are just kinda dull, like the opening two volumes and the current arc with Shiranui and FRESH. Kumagawa is definitely the main highlight but Zenkichi won me round during the successor arc. Overall good art and fun stories with a cast that use WORDSWORDSWORDS really well

I never hated her, which is I feel is odd because I usually hate Mary Sue MC's like the ones in every isekai. I don't get why people despise her as the worst character though. She causes everything to happen, Zenkichi and Kumagawa can't move the story by themselves, Zenkichi is too generic and Kumagawa's "I have godly powers, but I can't win" schtick would get old after a couple of volumes if they were the main charcaters.
