Just organize them into separate seasons with sub categories for each character and that’s it. You can also create a optional folder for promotional stuff as well.

We have the three years failure of gopri,maho and kira.
1 years of failure won't kill precure unless its half of ss/gopri sales.

Man Precure really has been down in the dumps for like the past half decade or so. But they’ll find an way to keep going, probably.

Yeah, Hugtto did drive back sales back up, but the aforementioned three years failure thingy stands out way more in my mind.

HG is just too bland, I know the show is for 8 year old girls but even they must've expected something more striking and memorable.

It really is bland indeed; it probably doesn’t help matters that its main trio is almost copied and pasted from GoPri’s own, whose show was at least way more intriguing in terms of plot and setting.

idk about you guys but these past 3 Precure seasons may have not been great for sales but have been amazing for my dick

mostly by season, if I like a cure very much I also have an individual folder for her, which I have for bukki, setsuna, tsbomi, reika, ruru and madoka. I also have an extra folder for my favorites, and for stuff with cures from multiple seasons.
Plus a completely seperate folder for screenshots.
I still haven't found a good way to deal with duplicates though, and sorting a few hundered pics at a time takes way too much time.

I've contemplated making a small program to make the process of sorting out files faster. My Idea is that you'd load up a folder of unsorted images, load a list of destination folders and then assign each pic by typing out the name of the desired destination, which then would move the pic and load the next one. It'd be super easy to code but I'm a lazy piece of shit so it'll probably never see the light of day.

that sounds like hell. How do you find anything?

I use a little program called fdupes, but I don't know what OS you use. There should be other ones that can do that sort of md5 matching. The more advanced ones compare stuff visually and can find different sizes/encodings of the same pic if you only want to keep the best one.

My folder is like that user's you replied to but over 10k files and yes it is hell. I sort by date and can roughly remember when I saw something. Seems like most agree doing it by season is easiest, but you'll still end up with a bunch of uncategorized crossover pics. I've considered also sorting by pixiv/twitter/other.

I was thinking of using Pixiv API to auto dispatch my 2k Pixiv images to the right folders (using their tags).
Got no great idea for Twitter images yet.

It was entirely Doki. Hacha stopped the hemorrage and left things ready for a recovery that later happened with GoPri. Hacha's biggest mistake was from Bandai's side by trying to follow Aikatsu's gimmick
