idk, the top 5's not bad even if steins;gate at #2 is a bit excessive and the main problem with the top 10 (and just generally) is a million gintama seasons, other than that kimi no na wa is the only one in the top 10 I can say with full confidence shouldn't be there, haven't seen that snk season but it's so much higher than every other season that I'll give it the benefit of the doubt

It's a broken ranking system - series with lots of sequels usually get high scores because it filters out the people that don't like it/want to watch it, until only the ravenous fans remain.

I don't pay too much attention to the series ratings but I've found some interesting stuff (mostly manga) from the site's auto recommendation thing. People say it only recs popular shit but most of the stuff I usually see on mine are old shoujo series I've never heard of before.

Niche series that finish also take forever to actually be marked as finished if they ever do at all.
