I thought Hakumen was pretty well-written for a guy trapped in a bubble for most of the show. He was present enough through proxies that you could feel his presence and gave off a pretty great aura when he finally showed up.
UtT was still a bit of a slog after a while.

Not a complex tier of villain, but entertaining, cruel and scary enough to be remembered. It's design was terrific (both as amazing and scary whise) and it's powers made it way more interesting that simply being " white kurama" but edgy
