There's a few panels every couple of chapters where Oga looks fucking shredded. Kuroeda, also, seems to go down in size noticeably from time to time.
The real problem characters are Medesa and Erufuda, both of whom are just fucking gluttons with no self-control around their favorite foods. It would not at all be surprising to see one or both of them become full-blown fat girls at some point.
