All the trailers and announcements show it being an epic isekai of love and sorrow. First episode the MC gets hit by a truck and dies. Show then follows the dry legal proceedings of his killer, followed by a few episodes that are just a shot of his gravestone.

The protagonist is a sociopath and has no regard for human life but he always acts heroic and does the right thing because that's what's most advantageous to him.

Pretty good way to describe the Classroom Of The Elite novels. Anime only just scratched the surface
