I just want decks other than Psychic, Spellcaster and Dragons to be somewhat playable. >Aqua has Mimi's bubble cards but theres like 6 total cards and 3 of them are Normal Monsters and the entire deck gains LP for no reason >Fiend has Roa's Royal Demons but they all have temporary effects and the S/T effects require either big discards or Level 1 Fiends specifically of which there are 2, Groupie and Babysitter Goat >Warrior has Gakuto's Fiendish Commanders but effect-wise they are all over the place. Direct attacking, Tribute floodgate etc. >Fairy has some more of Gakuto's random cards but theres 2 total >Zombie, Machine, Pyro, Rock, Winged Beast, Insect, Thunder, Beast, Beast-Warrior, Dinosaur, Reptile and Fish all have 1-6 random monsters with near 0 synergy >Sea Serpent, Plant, Wyrm and Cyberse have 0 monsters at all
Mimi's cards can see use now in umi decks as well as to counter heavymetal through mirror ball. Fiends are already great and one of the best matchups against both dragons and spellcasters. The temporary effects don't matter as they are impactful in the moment which means more pressure in the later turns if they survive as tribute fodder. Epic Demon's Rock is easy to pull off when 2 discards are nothing for a field clear that can be one sided if you only have set monsters. Dragonic pressure is competitive and that takes 3 discards. King's Dignity is one of the strongest traps right now under rush, even if they only have 2 different targets. Their S/T bounce also denies more draws which is huge in the long run. Heavymetal is one of the strongest bosses there are. Warriors have a set theme on the position switching and constant draw since you're supposed to pressure them with no tributes and combine the direct attacks alongside it for when they set monsters under the lock. You only need to wait for the warrior bounce to get released so that they turn into a threat that forces removal. Fairy are just gakuto synergy for now. All of those types that you listed can find a place in other decks. Fish are becoming a deck right now, dinos can be splashed in fiends and winged beasts have bolcondor with trick pigeon. Rush is developing quite well, contrary to how it may seem.
>Pure Dragons (Red-eyes build or Blue-Eyes build) >Spellcasters (Wind build, Bolcondor build or Dark Magician) >Spellcaster Dragons (Worse than pure of either but has its uses) >Level 1 spam with Saturn King Beetle and Gockboot >Psychics >Fiends (Dino build exists) >Warriors with 0 atk monsters >Umi fish deck (In development) There's more than enough playable decks.
