The thing about the olympic boxer was said in a interview of Itagaki, he mentions he fought a japanese olympic boxer when he was in the JSDF. Unfortunately, I don't have the interview with me, but you can ask during the storytime of Baki Dou, I'm sure the one who translates the manga has the interview.
