We in space now niggas
seriously what the fuck is this even
We in space now niggas
seriously what the fuck is this even
The fuck
bro the end of this season is fucking retarded
Alice gets an IP address mailed to her out of fucking nowhere that leads to Underworld, in which 200 years passed with sword jesus and his bitch as kang and kween, and now they have fighter jets in space n shieet
what even is SAO at this point, this sounds fucking cooked
It's still "vidya gaems is super srs business", however now sword jesus is helping the Japanese government develop a true AI to power weapon systems through swinging his dick around in virtual worlds.
what
so this research facility got its hands on virtual copies of toddler souls and stored them in a giant ocean pyramid where they bred them in a simulated universe where time passed thousands of times faster than in real life with the goal of creating a soul that was capable of breaking its programming through by own will, because that's apparently the good shit when it comes to weaponized AI's, and sword jesus helped them along by having a gay relationship with one of them
>2026
>Still using IPV4
Don't expect a creatively bankrupt author to invent new tech.
The LN actually acknowledges that IPv4 is outdated and that IPv6 has become the standard.
Okay, alright, I assume that the Underworld has been running on mega speed for months now, explaining the massive leap in technology, but did I speedwatch or did they forget to mention that people don't age in the Underworld? Why are the two groupies still alive and all "we gundam now"?
>SAO: Judgment Day starts over an Alice/Asuna catfight
>yfw Kirito turns down both of them for Eugeo
ok, so the fuck happened with old man kirito , wasn't he supposed to protect underworld
also is a fact that kiritio ntr himself
So any LNfags know if this epilogue is covering any of the source material?
I saw that Moon Cradle and Unital Ring took place after this but those seem to have different settings.
The two are actually the descendants of the two groupies, who are long dead by now from old age.
you don't get it brah
kirito is so sugoi taht he manages to reserve engineer fucking fighter jets inside a magic univserse with laws of physics remarkably different from the real work
just average japanese high schooler shit
Those aren't the groupies, didn't you catch that their names were Laura and Sti (or something) instead of Ronie and Tieze?
Blatantly descendants though
So uh, is SAO not a sci-fi then if it does not new tech?
Then how the fuck did they recognize them?
Not entirely sure what this was supposed to tell me.
I mean, hasn't it been said already that the memories of people live in others and that the way artificial fluctlights are made is from the combination of the two parent's souls?
It's the ending of the original web novel. No clue why they included it but it's a cool shot nonetheless
>I saw that Moon Cradle and Unital Ring took place after this but those seem to have different settings.
Moon Cradle is from the POV of Ronie, and takes place about a year or two (Underworld time) after Kirito and Asuna started living in UW together.
It mostly covers some minor politic, and explaining what Kirito was doing in all that 200 years.
Unital Ring starts off right after the epilogue and stuff, and so far it's not really clear what its endgame is gonna be, but it's mostly been survival game shenanigans, and Kirito being a naked barbarian.
please tell me it's over
Ah, alright. I kept getting really mixed messages, with the "this is where it ends" and then going on about what comes next with very obvious sequel hooks.
the ride never ends
Are they going to SAO version of EVE online and now we are going to see spaceship building?
the last space ship battle was pretty cool, that's enough i don't ccare about the congruency
That would unironically be pretty cool.
How hard is it to just keep the story to people playing around inside a MMO world and having adventures? Why did it ever need to grow beyond that?
the IP address actually works btw
nice
>Why did it ever need to grow beyond that?
You have it backwards.
The Web Novel / Light Novel always followed the format of "Someone is up in this virtual world, and it's up to Kirito to get to the bottom of it!" similar to a "mystery of the week" detective story (using the author's comparison).
Everything else just served as downtime for the cast.

It's 3AM stop fucking your robot girlfriend!
