Being big isn't enough to be on par with Moubou or Kanmei by itself. Kanmei made it sound like he was never beaten and boosted of his driving of a Qin great general. Some guy in some city having driven him out is too unbelievable.

Of some absorbed small states, like that has some weight.

With that logic you're making it seems like any upcoming General in the future arcs should get auto one shotted by Qin's big guys, even the more hyped ones like Shibashou from Zhao or Kouen from Chu. You just have to accept that the new upcoming guys will be stronger then the past enemies they faced. Sadly Kanmei is losing some hype here but it is what it is.

This manga has gotten hella boring. They need to drop the musou shtick and gay cliffhangers. The strategy side is way more entertaining because it’s real warfare unlike the nip mangaka’s shounenshit headcanon.
