The show has less than the manga, there's some fanservice on both loli and shota and some hinted fanservice through dialogue like the pic from OP.

I would say there's fanservice, yeah, but it's the patrician kind of fanservice.
The show doesn't give you a slow panning shot of still of a loli in a swimsuit while she goes "Kya! Baka onii-chan!".
Instead you just get casual nudity with barbiedoll anatomy (manga shows nips tho); if you have patrician taste then this should get your harder than any basic ass still that shows nips.
Also the shota that travels with the loli is having a sexual awakening but the loli doesn't really see him as a person so she continues to mercilessly invade his personal space.
Also fanservice aside the show is fucking amazing.
