Take them out. Nobody watching anime wants to read disgusting Japanese. Change the character names while you're at it for the same reason. Anime is made to be watched from right to left too which is awkward for native English speakers so they need to be mirrored as well. It's disgusting that companies nowadays stopped localizing anime and want to expose people to disgusting Japanese culture.

CR is the one western simulcast company that usually keeps honorifics (because the translators aren't paid well enough to bother!); Funimation, Sentai, and Aniplex USA are the ones that usually don't.

You should focus on preserving the orifinal intention of the author. Thats how you make a proper translation. That obviously doeasnt mean "make a literal translation of everything you can". I am of the opinion you should preserve foreign therms as much as you can.
