also, she knows meganekkos aren't Ishigami's type, so she has graciously made herself one to keep him from going insane with lust.

This manga is a wonderful example of a good series and premise that should've ended a while ago instead of being dragged into its current mess.

This can go a few ways.
1) She could reject Ishigami with some lame excuse about their age gap or something.
2) She could try to sell a switch where she orchestrated this entire mess to try to get him together with Otomo as a favor to him.
3) She could genuinely confess to him but Ishigami rejects her for doing this insanely bad idea of a scheme since she’s intervening in his affairs without his knowledge or consent.
4) This could somehow actually work.

I think 2 is the most likely, followed by 3. 1 would be too anticlimactic and the chances of 4 happening seem super remote given how hard the author has been telegraphing Miko ever since the letter with the flower.

I forgot he was supposed to be good at reading people. When was the last time he used that power? Shirogane and Kaguya don't count since he knew back when he was still a good character.

Ishigami and Osaragi scored identically when he was a neet who didn't bother to study 5 hours a day for two weeks before the exams (and we can probably assume Osaragi doesn't really give a shit about grades from the fact she has the same personality type as Ishi). You can feasibly assume that they're mirrors when it comes to smarts like they're mirrors in other traits, but that doesn't necessarily mean that Osaragi is a data-processing prodigy. She seems more verbally oriented, her big thing seems to be syllogisms and logical argumentation, like when she guided Miko through that misunderstanding in the StuCo rationally. Although that's also one of Ishigami's fortes, now that I think about it. I wouldn't exactly call Ishigami a math prodigy either. Data processing and analysis is not always an indication of being skilled at mathematics.

I can already see Tsubame not going out with Ishigami. She's already doing something for him so she can leave in good peace.
Ishi will probably get upset for getting involved, then think about it, thank her and let her go.
Osaragi will look from the shadows, smile and walk away.
Iino will break the mood by annoying him with some of her stupid shit.
