Detective Conan

Two weeks until the manga returns.
Big Black Org arc looks like it's coming up.
Manga looks like it's finally in endgame.

No one on here cares.
I'll just see myself to the 10th page.

How long have people been saying this one for? Since the Rum arc started? When was that, five years ago?

Endgame doesn't mean "will end very quickly", relative to Conan's pacing this could still be endgame and it's getting harder to believe it'll reset. Rum's arc has now gone on as long as Bourbon's and with this cliffhanger looks like it's about to wrap up, the only places to go after Rum (the second in command)'s arc is the Boss. Conan always starts a new arc when one finishes, as does most manga.

And spoilers next week right? We'll know then what kind of show is starting.

What do you expect to happen from this? Yusaku fake his death?

>When was that, five years ago?
Rum's arc started right after scarlet, Apr 23, 2014 - Jun 4, 2014

>6 years
>there was hardly anything secretive about Bourbon's identity in the first place
So frankly the Rum arc could last 12 years since it actually has candidates and lots of story connected to each one.

endgame....sure, believe it.

There is no way he isn't Rum

I think the latest chapter boosts the development and we'll get a BO plot in DB chapter for the upcoming chapter.

Hints Kanenori Wakita might not be Rum
>He says his eye injury is only temporary and expects it to fully heal.
>His interest in Kogoro and Shinichi may merely stem from his stated interest in solving mysteries.
>He served highball to a customer, which contains whiskey, thus hinting he may be a Black Organization agent codenamed Whiskey rather than Rum.
>He said the horse Pirate's Spirit is a weak horse. Pirate's spirit is also a type of rum. This hints he may not think very highly of Rum.
>Kanenori's losing his patience against the suspects in file 1029 is only because he admired Kogoro as a detective.
>He in his intro file said to Kogoro that he (Wakita) would be grateful to Kogoro if the latter takes him to murder case investigations. Which means that Wakita is looking for a person who is very likely to pop up at a murder scene, like a police officer. Which shouldn't be Rum's objective.
>Wakita's eye issue can also be totally fake. Given the fact the said claimed pimple in the eye allows him to get out of the kitchen to get on with his intel gathering job, it means his claimed eye issue allows him the privilege.
>In file 1057, Wakita hinted to Conan about the missing Shogi piece from the crime scene of Kohji case. If he is Rum, then digging up such an old and forgotten case has no benefit for him as further investigation would just mess up BO even more, but aligns perfectly with a detective who is trying to solve the case and just setting Conan on the right track.

Why the fuck is it 70 dollars now?

That uncensored shot of Gin penetrating Sherry doesn't come cheap you know.

Your little shitpost raises a concern of mine back into memory, I always assumed he was just imagining her in the typical anime/manga "vulnerable" fashion where they're bare skinned. I worry that people wondered too hard about Gin's relation to Shiho to the point it snowballed and Gosho later ended up deciding on something a lot more sexual. I don't want him to have sex'd her and I'd prefer if Gin wasn't just some old pervert who got told no and he's been upset about it ever since.

Why are you buying from Amazon?

The developments of the Black Org is so out of order. We knew who the boss was before the second in command's arc even revealed who that is, we know all three Rum suspects' personal lives/public lives before Gin and Vodka's or anyone else's other than the fujo spies and Vermouth's old public star life, but not her actual current everyday one. It just seems weird to me. It's partially why the boss reveal was so disappointing, they just reveal his name in the middle of a "who is the second in command" arc and it hasn't mattered since.

It could equally be any one of them, they all have roughly the same amount for and against the possibility. This is honestly the best arc of Conan in a long time. I thought Gosho was tapping out with that Bourbon drought.

All I know about this show is that there is a girl named Kazuha or Kristen and my friend loved this series and always talked about it until he came to school crying one day when he heard her American voice actor ruined her character. He stopped talking about it after that. Was it that bad?

I respect Gosho for not making another Akai Family's situation with Bourbon and just giving spin-off, so his popularity won't slow plot for another years like Akai did

This was the first time Conan Edogawa was shown on American television in over a decade. I caught the Conan Town episode's rerun awhile ago and it was really cool to see. I guess talkshows are good for something. Too bad they all got cancelled because of sneeze cough flying squirrel flu.

It's too early to be saying that won't happen simultaneously with him having his own spinoff. I only skim his stupid manga for pictures of Azusa. Also I guess Maria-chan shows up in one and I like her too.

I remember watching the dub late at night on Adult Swim and I fell in love. Then I found out ithe whole series was 1000 episodes long and now it's what I'll marathon if I'm ever on death row

>Japanese audio titles
>English dub shit in description
why

They use the international episode numbering for these but not the simulcast episodes which means if they fill the gap there's going to be a big problem with that.
