The first part visually looked weird but later it looked okay
The manga skips a couple of arcs but over all it does well adapting for the most part. However its just better to read the novels since the manga does its own thing sometimes.

The producers don't give a single shit about Index. Don't let Railgun T fool you. Everything will just go to shit again for NT, so expect it to be more of the same mediocre garbage it's always been.
I don't even know why people would even be hyped for another season of Index after the disaster that was Index III. It's like they enjoy being disappointed.

Was the staff the producers chose. It kind of worked for first half of OT, but for the 3rd season, their argument that was 8 year old content wouldn't sell so they'd not like to invest so much into it and just continue on. It backfired and for the first time they apologized and aimed to change that with subsequent projects, which Railgun T got. Railgun T's happenings was largely born from learning from Index III and prior.

But where's the proof? What they said and how III was was never done like that before. II was largely due to JC's issues as a whole than anything to do with the Producer and Index ontop of having an earthquake. So what are you going on about?
