sparta isn't supposed to be a product aimed at everyone, at least short term (and it was only released a couple of weeks ago). For full adoption, undercollateralized loans on the chain will require credit scores and a long history and penalties, and we are nowhere near that. Right now it's very much a unique case by case community bank.
