His 'complete' bankai form lets him render things to absolute zero without any cost to himself. Her shikai is absolutely stronger than his, but his bankai is miles ahead. If I recall right anyways.

She just uses it, doesn't do anything besides activate it, and the enemy drops dead. I liked Nodt too so it just disappointed me.
