Honestly nothing really catched up, I mean "the best" of the season would just be really average, using only my memory right now(which is what matters) I can say:
Good OPs: Fire Force S2, Balance Unlimited, Maou Gakuin, Digimon 2020
Good EDs: Appare Ranman, Balance Unlimited, Deca-Dance, Teibou Nisshi
Search for any of these, they are pretty good.
I swear I never skip ReZero OP/ED and just catched up with the new season yesterday but I couldn't remember how the songs go even if my life depended on it.
