Goku only replenished part of the energy Freeza lost but he never made him stronger than he was supposed to be, certainly not for the long term. Moro's magic fingers are just like permanent super anabolics

But Goku didn't intend to strengthen Freeza, he gave some of his energy so that Freeza can get up and escape so it's like he gave him first aid.

Yamcha has only 2 wins against Goku and the invisible man but he is still fucking awesome in my book he was the secound character to master the Kamehameha and created the first controllable ki attack and it was cool to see him grow as a fighter as well in Og Dragon ball ig you ask me Yamcha is cool.

I didn't read your fanfiction, but limiting the Demon realm to only 12 strong fighters is really limiting to the world building of the Demon realm, just like they did with the other universes in the ToP.
