Why do people hate Naruto?

I just finished the Zabuza arc and it's kino. The strategy and ninjutsu is fucking awesome and they actually kill off the villains, this shit is awesome. The lore and interesting side characters, Naruto coming up with clever ways to win with only one technique and the teamwork overall makes these fights better than any other shounen.

Because as young people read more manga, they realize that everything they thought was good about naruto has been done better in other manga.
For older people it's different. They had already read tons of great manga before Naruto came out, and then once newfags started calling Naruto amazing they got pissed off because they recognized Naruto for the piece of shit that it was.
The only way to enjoy Naruto is by reading it as your first manga, and then never looking back at it again.

when i watch naruto it feels like i'm watching a sloppy mess of "epic" stuff kishimoto feels like he can throw into a story.

when i watch hxh it feels like i'm watching complex story telling but with incredibly simple yet brilliant character moments that shake the foundation of what i thought storytelling in anime had to be.
