Anime Girls with Ex-boyfriends

I've been reading a lot of manga and watching anime, and whenever a girl that's the MC's love interest has an ex-lover, Zig Forums, and by extension, otakus, find that particular girl abhorrent? To the point that fans of a series will riot over it and burn their items that pertain that series. Isn't it natural for a girl to have a few partners in her life before settling down? Yet, people here and around the world treat them as if they're lesser for it. What leads to such a narrow-minded outlook?

For me, it depends on the type of character the MC has

You have to differentiate between fanservice series that are targeted at otaku seeking a new waifu and series that are targeted at people who just want to enjoy a story.
There is a difference.

It's not that simple, every single decision an author makes has an effect on the interaction between the reader and the story. These decisions are interpreted by the reader as gestures from the author, it tells them what the attitude of the story is

>fans of a series will riot over it and burn their items that pertain that series
No, a vanishingly small number of nutters do this very occasionally.
>Isn't it natural for a girl to have a few partners in her life before settling down?
No, casual sex and relationships are disgusting.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say, or how it relates to what I said.

Pretty much this.
Also, it's only a big deal if the author makes a big deal out of it.

nips need another two bombings

Just because you're okay with something in the real world, doesn't automatically make it okay for a fictional story, there are many things to consider.

You might make things worse by doing that, anime/manga exists because they were bombed

I'm actually fine with just about everything in fiction, so long as the narrative keeps it together.
Coherency is what's important (along with entertainment). I'm fine with feminists in a story, so long as the story doesn't turn into a mouthpiece for these feminists while the actual story is pushed into the background. I'm fine with rape and glorification of female purity in a story, so long as it doesn't seem like the author is just trying to bask in his deeply rooted hatred for women.
It's fiction. I can enjoy things I disagree with.

>What leads to such a narrow-minded outlook?
The fact that they can’t get a girl in real life and use anime and Manga for escapism and coping.

> Isn't it natural for a girl to have a few partners in her life before settling down? Yet, people here and around the world treat them as if they're lesser for it. What leads to such a narrow-minded outlook?
Isn't it natural for Americans to be morbidly obese and for her to have a few burgers until her gut folds over her thighs? Yet, people here and around the world treat them as if they're too big. What leads to such a narrow-minded outlook?

almost 3 quarters of the prostitutes and cam girls in europe are from my country, we're also near the top if not the top spot at teen pregnancy. the only place to find a virgin girl is probably a middle school.
why would i want my coping mechanism to remind me about this shitty reality?

It's not about agreeing or disagreeing with the scenarios that the author chooses, it's not what kind of story it is, it's about how that story is told that affects the viewer's perception of the story. The attitude of the author towards the story is what the readers are able to detect subconsciously, and if they don't agree with that attitude, they will not like the story whatever that story may be

Funny, food analogy thing reminded me of one old lady talking to bunch of younger ones on some social gathering thing and she told em that fucking one guy for a whole life is like eating only bread and nothing else for a whole life and they MUST whore out before setteling down, or they'll regret it later...

Bet she was a kike giving the goyim malicious advice

>whenever a girl that's the MC's love interest has an ex-lover, Zig Forums, and by extension, otakus, find that particular girl abhorrent?
Because the manga is sending a message saying: "Women with a sexual history are good too." This is a statement that most virgin* men can't agree with because it's not fair for them.
*no diss intended

The funny thing in this doujin is that she proved him right

The only thing I like about whores are the bluegrass song being made because of them

The only problem I have with this is that it spreads the mindset that, "women are only as good as their virginity" which confuses inexperienced men. It escapes me how women could literally do everything except put a penis inside her vagina and still be considered pure? Hey, if you want your virgins then sure, but evaluate people on their actions and values too.

Sounds like a chad main-character!
But he seems to be quite rude. He’s a little too honest too.

They don’t care, all they want is the fact that they deflowered a girl.

>"women are only as good as their virginity"
Only hardcore legitimately mentally ill nutjobs think like that, the thing is that people who complain about people who complain about this stuff assume this of these people. Maybe they are projecting or not understanding the people they are complaining about

How do you know that?

Ok newfag, thank you for the unsolicited opinion nobody cares about.
Now go back.

for dramas I don't care, but for other stuff like cgdct, I like them pure, probably because I have no dating experience and it doesn't sit well with me with the thought that a potential mate has more experience than me
maybe that's why otaku are like that, i don't know

Because I was like that in my teens. God I was so insecure because I finally deflowered a girl.

OK, 30 something single anons, why are you so afraid of the single mothers?

>page mocks people who want virgins by building a strawman
>still accidentally confirms that purity is the best by showing that sleeping around and deflowering girls for shallow reasons is despicable
Maybe you shouldn't use literally hentai logic to build your arguments.

So, the people who complain about those people used to be one of those people?because that makes a lot of sense

I'm not afraid of them, I can beat them 1 vs 5

you are MAN so you could not only beat them but paralleled rising their children. Date single mother, user!

If single mothers are so strong and independent why do they need me?

They're usually self entitled bitches who exist only to ruin the lives of everyone around them and ensure their kids become failures like they are.

I'm not in my 30's but simply you've fucked up greatly and paying for the consequences, don't push your mistakes on others, it just shows how irresponsible you are.
Don't act flabbergasted if nobody wants to spend money time and effort in kid that's not theirs, especially if that kid is a consequence of the mother beong a stupid slut.
And that's not even considering how awkward the situation would be, especially regarding the child's family (the relationship with his father or his father-side grandparents).
And not considering how they'll know you're likely just settling for them just to use them for their income and to share a burden that's just your own.
Don't pretend it's so weird or complicated.
People are not easy-access solutions for your own mistakes. Maybe you'll have some chances with a desperate or a sterile guy who's not too disgusted by sluts.

>Eat literal shit user
Don't wanna
>Why? Are you afraid of shit?
No, but its bad for my health, so i'll leave eating shit to someone who's into it, like , no matter how thirsty you are drinking sewage water will make you sick.

this is why girls hate guys like you.

Or maybe that's just projecting your shallow wsy of doing things, which would make much more sense.

It doesn't. People don't actually get their morals from fiction unless they're already so maladjusted that they have no other social contact growing up.
Fans get upset when they buy into something as a romantic/sexual fantasy but are given dull, depressing reality instead. It's like changing the end of a fairy tale from, "They lived happily ever after," to "They divorced five years later."
