Unlikely. The seriously popular franchises are for kids, so using them for adult learning materials is as likely to be off-putting to people as enticing. They're unlikely to get used for classes, which drastically reduces the exposure potential students will have to them.

Most foreigners drop the language one month after starting it because they can't deal with it. There is nothing for IP holders since most foreign workers coming to japan are people in 30-40 year range from other parts of asia who didn't watch much anime. This could only cater to western sex tourists who don't plan on staying on japan for more than a few years. Also
