Sayaka doesn't have only flaws you subhuman, before losing all her sanity, she is a just and a good friend, she tries to bare the magical girls fighting on her shoulders so Madoka doesn't have to do it, she wants to be relied on and tries her best to save the normal people, she hated Kyouko's behavior of letting the familiars eat people to become witches and she doesn't fight for power but to seek meaning in the world and herself, she is a parody of the white knight trope as she realises whatever her actions the world will always stay unfair and that her own selfish actions have ruined her whole life.

Sayaka is a flawed character yes, but she's the most fleshed-out character of the series since like half the episodes are about her. She's interesting. You have to be some kind of superficial brainlet to don't make mistakes, let alone disliking a character because they're weak at fighting.

That's not even what I said, I just said she's the most fleshed-out since she gets the most time towards characterization.
She is also a good character since the writing is good, though it's up to opinion whether she's better written than Homura or Madoka.

That's kinda the point. Yeah, she has her own defining, positive traits, but above all else she and Mami primarily exist to highlight Homura's growing trust issues. Sayaka in particular is a representation of the fact that, saint or sinner, there will always be people in life that will reject you, just because they can. It says nothing about you. You define your own worth, not them, and there will always be other people to turn to.

She's a good character, worthy of appreciation, but in the context of both the main series and Rebellion I never felt like she was ever intended to be liked, just... mourned.
