Asteroids are just big rocks really

>Space is gay.
and fake

I can think of a few asteroids I'd like to get hit by.

and an ocean

What the hell was Monroe-senpai's problem

What did she say to Ao?

She told her what her name means. The dirty little slut.

ladies and gentlmen! Doga kobo!

>love geology
>love most earth sciences
>love Sakura-san
>don't really care about space
Get a feeling so complicated. Still, really wanna buy this.

Anyone here who works as an astronomer? Is it fun? My current job isn't too far off from it (I think) and I'm getting tired of it. Was wondering if astronomy is a good career to be in.

Some kind of pulley wheel?

This show was peak comfy, a little more of asteroid sighting and it would had been perfect.

Imagine spending 6 month in some cramped space station with her.

No fucking clue but isn't being an astronomer just waiting in a room to wait for something to pass by? Sounds like a good job to me, you can shitpost on 4chin all you want while you work.

i studied in in undergrad
what you're describing is mainly amateur astronomy.
astrophysics is mainly sims.
coding in outdated languages like Fortran.
Simiulatingng shit like galaxy dynamics or internal structures of stars.
Pretty high level calculus but not that crazy.

Made for threesomes.

Are you working as an astronomer? Still, what you described sounds interesting. Was entertaining the thought of applying at JPL as an astronomer. It's not at all my field (I am an aerospace/propulsion engineer) so I'm not sure if my experience will translate or be acceptable for an astronomy position.

look at her go!

I kind of regret not getting one of those. Her nendo is hopefully coming out this month though.

Very necessary studio doing necessary necessaries.

Fortran isn't outdated, it's the most efficient language for mathematical supercomputing. It only has one job, FORmula TRANlations, and it does its job well. Why fix something that isn't broken?
Also, lots of lonely, comfy, sleepless nights if you're lucky enough to work with the big telescopes.

A hand loupe / magnifier. You use it when you want to get closer to rocks. This design protects the lens from scratches caused by the large number of other cool rocks you obsessively picked up while hiking and now carry in your pocket.

I'm a neet lmao. I did aero too. I personally found astro easier than gas turbine calculations. I think you'd still have to study the astro maths.
Relativistic mechanics and some very basic nuclear physics. Like I said I only did undergrad.
I'd say crossover is much easier if you were a mathematician or physicist. Go pirate galactic dynamics by binney from libgen or somewhere if you're curious. Probably use something more entry level to learn from though if you're serious.
JPL obviously best of the best. So you would then infact then be doing the observational aspect. It's probably similar to you guys and hiring supercomputer time for navier-stokes. You hire time on the big space telescope to confirm simulations.

It's entirely Sakura-chan's fault that she'll make my bedrock tonight
