For me it's a toss-up between ID Invaded, Ishuzoku Reviewers, and Houkago Teibou Nisshi. Sadly it hasn't been a great year for anime, although it's not over yet.

Summer: Kanojo, Okarishimasu.
KanOkari wins for me.
OshiBudo was just as good but I didn't want to read the source material as much as I did with Kanokari. The only other anime that made me want to read the source material this year is Runway De Waratte.
Nami yo Kiitekure is a manga by the same person who wrote Sword of the Stranger but it's a SoL about a 20 something woman who tries her hand at radio shows.
