yeah there will be a swap from erc 20 to its own cosmos coin, details for the swap have not been announced yet, there could be a bridge or a snapshot

if the dvpn is free then what is the use of sent token ?

SENT token will be used for staking same as on cosmos and tezos, whoever stakes will get yearly interest in exchange for securing the chain.

interest will probably be higher then cosmos, SENT token will also have secondary utility

if you wanna run a node to get payed wait for main net, the best play is getting as much SENT as possible and then staking it on main net to get yield, i expect more then 10% interest.

i think you should reason in % of the supply, so getting like 2m sent would be 0.01% of the supply which is quite nice
