1. It was Crunchyroll who killed fansubs. Crunchyroll started as a pirate site with a paywall and all of their episodes were taken from fansub groups. CR made a fuckton of money before going legit. When CR went legit, they started hiring the best people from the fansub scene. 2. Fansubs were shit and the drama was pathetic. Anyone claiming otherwise is a newfag who is desperately trying to fit in. 3. HorribleSubs was initially made to annoy CR because of CR's past. Anyone who hates HorribleSubs is an imbecile. 4. The actual owners of HS stopped managing HS many years ago. The retard "Dao" took over and he has tried to milk as much attention as possible from HS (why do you think he's shilling his Discord server HMMMM?).
