Makima is definitely the conquest horseman. In Japanese, she is 支配 の 悪 魔 Shihai no Akuma. And according to the Japanese wikipedia, the conquest is 支配.

so Makima tries to bring Primal Devils to Earth to fight CSM, what about human, how many will die from this?

The most glaring "plot hole" take-away from this chapter for me is that even if all Makima said is true and putting that aside that craziness for a moment, then there's a gap in the timeline that makes no sense

1. CSM battle in hell, he "disappears"
then
2. A dying Pochita finds kid Denji (~8 years old?) and bites his arm
all the while
3. Makima was looking for Pochita but couldn't find him in many years
which leads us to
4. Denji (16 years old) dies in chapter 1, Pochita revives him, Makima finds them kickstarting the story

So something doesn't add up, she's lying or she just happened to find the target she's been looking for for years by complete chance. Explain that to me.
