Straight up looks like something that was made using inbetweens in flash from the late 00s
It messes with the slow in/slow out principle of animation by calculating every frame to be exactly the same millisecond away from each other
It be like animating a bouncing ball and having no slow out when the ball reach the peak of its arc and no slow in when its about to hit the ground.
Also messes up timing a little where if down correctly things animated at a slower frame rate can appear faster but that not as bad.
