CSM copypasta:
The success of chainsawman just doesnt sit right with me, seems like such a disdainful and amoral work of fiction corrupting young people in a magazine made for kids, it's just a bad thing intrinsticaly all around to see it thrive where it is.

Don't get me wrong i would have no isue if it were on a seinen magazine were cynicism and banalities of pesimism are the usual but it not only being a needle in the hay that is WSJ but also it becoming a more prevalent and seemingly enticing one is just borderline disgusting. Maybe not necesarily a seinen magazine maybe just another shonen magazine, any other shonen magazine would be more suitable for it to exist and hopefuly if im being candid for it to fail and get canceled there. Weekly Shonen Jump has existed for generations as a monolith of pure and convicted values seeing it's ethereal ethos desecrated like this in the sake of crude and uninhibited storytelling seeking the unhinged and thrill seeking visceraly minded fiends of an audience is a huge mistake and frankly the fact that it's a willing one makes it all the more regretable.

If there is one silver lining out of the recent tragedy that was the culmination of Act-Age is that editorial staff still has enought wherewithal to have awareness and act swiftly with potence and reach based on morals in the name of making things right. There's stil purity, there's still time, there's still hope Weekly Shonen Jump and Sueisha as a whole hear my plea. Cancel, decanonize and exhile all Chainsawman content from your nation and international corporate identity as a publication and most importantly as an iconic institution. Save yourself, save us all. You don't want to look back and say that you allowed this to happen, this must not be part of your legacy..

Westerner youtubers really love CSM that's why you should love it too.

JJK copypasta:
It has nothing going for it: a completely generic story about demons that's been done a thousand times, the same boring main character that you see in every other trash shonen, something tragic happens to him and then he ends up coming with the powers.

He get turned into a demon and then he fights demons. Like how many times have we seen this already? There is some type of school. or there is some type of organization that he becomes a part of and there is other people like him... It's the same story over and over again.

Unbelievable. And this is going to be the series that people hype up and say this is good? Side characters that are completely bland and didn't serve any purpose other than being background fodder, bad art.

I mean, imagine actually being a fan of this trash. This is a series catered towards lower level thinkers, individuals who lack the mental capacity to be anything than a sheep.

This series is ripping off so many series, why are these creators so untalented nowadays? I can name so many other series that this is ripping off, why in the world do the most trash manga continue to get animated?

These mangaka have no idea what they're doing, there are so many more deserving manga that should be animated but instead some boring generic bottom-of-the-barrel shonen trash catered towards casual losers with bad taste gets animated. Garbage series like Jujutsu Kaisen are not good for anime they are destroying the medium as we know it.

make me laugh every time

Black men literally wrote for JJK's anime production.

I read CSM weekly and I dropped jjk after 20 chapters

How did he draw mouth at his hand?

I like both, plus they're still in an alliance despite the death of act age. Undead unluck (and jump+ spy family) are friends of the alliance.

In terms of quality, they are around the same. They have different audiences, too. CSM tries hard to look at the shonen "formula" and do crazy/unexpected things with it. The downside is that CSM's world feels largely like a mystery (and one that will never be fully explained, because the protagonist doesn't give a damn and the knowledgeable supporting characters have their own agendas), and the action can be flashy but not exceedingly well-choreographed. CSM will also be a nightmare to make an anime out of, since Fujimoto's drawing and pacing feels oddly anti-anime. But we'll see.

JJK is basically Big 3 (specifically, Naruto and Bleach and maybe old WSJ series) for the new generation. Not so much in terms of popularity, but in terms of structure, dynamics, characterization, etc. It wears these influences as a badge of honor. If you're into (battle) shonen stuff, it's impossible not to see some quality in JJK. But it's also very, very generic as a result. Not unlike early Naruto, JJK is mainly worth it to see the "high level" action of the mature supporting characters and their quirky personalities; the characterization of the younger cast is just seems a bit passionless, IMO, as the author is just going for common battle shonen archetypes.

One thing worth mentioning is that, from a high level perspective, CSM and JJK are largely similar to each other. If you haven't read one up to its respective Ch. 30 or so, you're probably doing yourself a disservice. But that isn't to say you'll like both of you like one of these. And you may not like either, as they both have somewhat serious flaws.

Based pasta user

Man the alliance really died when Act Age got axed huh

Act-Age was the better of the three.

Based

I want to go back

There wasn't ever an alliance user. That's just a meme

They are both shit and Zig Forums should be hanged for shilling these two pieces of shit

Parasyte is still the best entry in the Devilman Hypercrisis since SMTIII:N (FDFTDMCS) but CSM is pretty good

So do I, user.

Check out Oshi no Ko, if you haven't already. It's fantastic.

>Akafags are always shilling their manga
Oshi no Ko is a drama idol

Still fun.

JJK is boring.
CSM went to shit after Aki and Power died.

JJK
>Good fight coreography
>Good power level
>Good plot

CSM
>kafkaesque
>Good humor/comedy
>Good character
>Unpredictable

I can't take it seriously because of the idolfag

They both peak at the same level of quality (trip to hell and hidden inventory).
CSM is more consistent overall while JJK has a bunch of arcs that drag too much.

Dropped.
