Is Mamoru Miyano the best male VA of all time ? Only other one to come close has to be Daisuke Ono, but his range is pretty limited.
For best female VA, there is no competition, Miyuki Sawashiro.

Lol no. If you said maybe Kaji I would have understood, but just no.
>did Okabe
Indeed, he's definitely the best seiyuu ever
Probably also the only one that got his dick grabbed on National TV
I'd put Toshihiko Seki, Koichi Yamadera, and Kaneto Shiozawa head and shoulders above Miyano.
>phoning in most of his roles
>best anything
He's not shit but he gives a standard Miyanoâ„¢ performance most of the time.
wait what ?
>Kaneto Shiozawa
Haven't watched any anime that he starred in, but he's was pretty good ngl
Takehito Koyasu and it's not close
His voice is very recognizable, I'll give him that
You can't beat Yamadera. He doesn't do anime much these days, but there are so many reasons for him being by far the most famous male seiyuu.
Miyano spends too much time with his musical solo career to be even close to the top.
I prefer Takashi Kondo.
Motherfucker has some serious range but I'm mostly thinking Zig Forums examples
>potemkin
>faust
>carmine
>terry
Damn I'm super jealous now
Literally who
Miyano's good. I'd also put down Nakamura, Fukujun, Sakurai, and Tsuda.
Hold up, that was Miyano? He looks so different there. I'm going to have to rewatch it.

He must have his husbando in the cast with him or play madman roles to get the best out of him.
No way. He's just the most popular among girls for some reason even though he's ugly as shit.
Hayami Sho, Tsuda Ken, Akira Ishida and Tohru Furuya are better male seiyuu. There are many others that are better than him as well.
Also forgot about my third favorite male VA, Kensho Ono. Dude has criminal voice range.
>Hold up, that was Miyano?
It was
Fuck off, he's hot and talented
E G A O
>he's ugly as shit.
I legit think he's one of the hottest japs I've ever seen. Plus he seems to not have that typical jap weird stiffness about him. Dude genuinely seems to be having fun wherever he is.
I can sort of see it if I squint but the neatly done hair really makes all the difference. Now that I know, his voice is very recognisable too. I guess I never noticed the first time because I was never expecting him. Hanzawa Naoki was so much fun. The wait for S2 was worth it and I hope we get more.
>Hayami Sho
Superb
>Tsuda Ken
Fantastic
>Akira Ishida
Not bad, but not great either. I used to confuse him with Kensho Ono, but Ono is far superior now that I'm more familiar with them.
>Tohru Furuya
Literally who ?
>Kensho Ono
He's so underrated. He can go from literally me character, to genki idol, to edgelord rival and you barely notice is the same guy.
>Akira Ishida
>Not bad, but not great either
Watch Rakugo
>Tohru Furuya
>Literally who ?
Watch Gundam
>Plus he seems to not have that typical jap weird stiffness about him
I think that's what makes him stand out and be popular.
>Tohru Furuya
>Literally who
How new? he's one of the few non-washed up legends with unique voice.
It's kind of interesting that male seiyuu tend to have unique, distinguishable voice, but female seiyuu sound similar to each other.
>Not bad, but not great either
Are you kidding? Dude's got crazy range.

>Tsuda Ken
He's been popping up so often in recent years that you recognise him instantly. I like him but I wish he tried doing something other than gruff middle aged men.
