G-Kids get the rights to distribute physical release of Evangelion. This is actually good news since their Ghibli re-releases have better subtitle tracks than the Disney versions.
G-Kids get the rights to distribute physical release of Evangelion...
Cannot be worse than the Netflix one right?
I think they're only allowed to distribute the materials Khara approved, that means everything Netflix got.
I still have the manga versions for this.
How expensive will this one be?
We've had multiple DVD releases already
Really? Which one's the best one?
Platinum
Finally, I can’t wait. Also the rebuilds sucks.
I wanna start and watch all of Eva ever. Is there a guide anywhere?
That's the one I have so you must be correct.
Release order, newfag.
Will they be able to deliver us the original ADV dub?
>cannot be worse than (definitive director approved translation that I don’t like because nostalgia and homoshipping)
I don’t know user, can it?
>Being so autistic that you would completely get rid of "In otherwords, I love you."
episode 1-24, then End of Evangelion is what I would recommend. Episodes 25 and 26 will have a different ending but it's not as good as the movie. Death & Rebirth retells the events of the first 24 episodes, and has the first part of End of Evangelion.
Original series then End Of Evangelion. Don't bother with the rebuilds
Wait, G-Kids actually do good releases? I guess I'm either out of the loop or just thinking of someone else because I thought they just released butchered anime.
Kill yourself. Watch both user.
He said he was going to watch all of eva
You’re thinking of 4Kids
The absolute state of Zig Forums.
Funishit didn't renew their rights to home video Eva? Surprising
why does this cartoon get a new release very month tho
They never had the home video rights to the series or the original movies, user. Just Rebuild.
ADV/Sentai had them and they expired years ago.
They never had it to begin with; just the rebuilds.
Who had them before G-kids?
>episode 25 and 26 are worse
They are less enjoyable, objectively they have better writing though
kek
Based. I can imagine someone not liking the VSI dub but I cannot fathom anyone actually preferring the ADV version.
>director approved translation
Means jackshit when half of the shit was broken English and only added in to look cool.
Oof
>since their Ghibli re-releases have better subtitle tracks than the Disney versions.
Thank God, no one was able to answer me this.
Guess Im getting all those Ghibli steelbooks then.
