This is better than a lot of the other absolute garbage in Jump right now but it really needs to settle on what the fuck it's trying to be.
Is it a battle shonen with the Atlanteans and sea gangs as villains? A slice of life comedy set in the town? A mystery about the sea cult? I don't really know, and it's not handling the constant tone changes well the way something like Gintama did.
It's way better than Hungry Marie but I don't really know if it'll have a future.
