I have a feeling he could improve a lot (generic/why side characters), but I like the setting and premise/main character. Specifically the fate/character/attitude of the wandering demon princess. And by character I don't mean boobs but I'd say her character design is quite nice.
So I hope it gets enough time to work on the story/setting and characters and the dude gets to flesh it out.
