KLK and PSG

lots of times dub actors aren't very good at voice acting but the grandma they got voicing goku makes me wanna neck myself so I'd say I enjoy the dub of dragon ball and thats it.

I watch the dub more often of Lucky Star than the sub but Patricia and the fujo's voices are awful and just makes them more annoying. There's a couple other dubs I like even though they're older (and one majorly incomplete) but I usually stick with subs now. I wouldn't say there's one I specifically like more than the original, it's just if the voices/script is done well I liked watching the dub because it was easier to focus and relate to. If I like a dub of a show I like the original just as much if not more.

That said it was weird to check out Tsukasa's original voice and it's more deeper and normal sounding.

Black Lagoon and Steins;Gate

hero academia show

nope, but I'm assuming you have a low iq and cannot into nip language

>nip language
>english
what did he mean by this

PSG and Erased. Somehow the English voices in Erased just sounded... better.

KlK’s dub was great too

Samurai Champloo, Space Dandy and Cowboy Bebop

Hmm... Technically Yu-gi-oh, but that's nostalgia more than anything. Oh. DBZ of course.

A few times. Most of them are shounens, but there are a few others like pic related where the dub really impressed me.

Shounen dubs are the fucking worst.

I watched LWA with my lil cousin in English dub and I enjoyed it

But prefer dub
Otherwise only Italian old shit from yattaman

I prefer sub* of course

Fairy Tail and Bebop

the full metal panic sub is fine but the dub is straight amazing, the casting is great, the recurring background characters like kalinin, kyoko, mao, weber, etc are all fantastic, and luci christian as kaname is a goat english performance

I'll respectfully disagree. For most shounen I've tried, I think the dub is just as good if not better. Some, like pic related, are honestly a huge improvement over the Japanese voices.

Aren't there like three modern shounen dubs that use the Deku voice actor for the screaming protagonist.

Konata's English VA was fucking terrible. Kagami's was pretty good though

She doesn't really bother me that much but I can see why people would hate it. Her VA more sucks as the new english Conan Edogawa doing that same voice but slightly deeper. She was a good Faye Valentine though from memory.

No. Every japanese sub has been superior to the english sub. Yes even DBZ. Yes, even older less known anime like Battle Athletes that did a decent dub job.

Usually English dubs add that weird fake asian accent when they say names or worse just talk but it's by white voice actors so it just sounds all fake and shitty.

Burgers obviously prefer dubs because they can't read subs.

>Usually English dubs add that weird fake asian accent when they say names
I also hate this so fucking much, it sounds so obnoxious to talk normally and then that which breaks apart the dialogue. I like the ones that don't do that.

superior nippon sub folded over 1000 times!!!11!1!!!11!!1!

>cowboy bebop
Neck yourself all the characters sound way sexier in JP

Some wacky comedies have dubs that are good for different reasons than the sub (Golden Boy, PSG). The only definitive dub in my opinion is FLCL.

Ghost Stories is the only dub worth watching

Infinite Stratos and FMAB

No. Maybe Parasyte because I was used to the dub already but that’s it. English VAs always sound out of place in anime

came here to say this
