Why is it like this Zig Forums? Anime is basically limitless it terms of creativity so why are there no good anime out there? The art/sound/animation is usually good but the writing/characters are always so weird. Who is to blame for this?

Whether they are introverted or extroverted, or whatever Jungian archetype you want to label them as, the problem is people who don't observe human nature and pay close attention to how other people actually react in real life situations.
They just recycle some Tsundere from another show, throw in a base MC make and make them act in whatever way is necessary to fit the plot, even if that means someone acting in a way that no one would ever fucking act in real life like standing outside in the rain for 8 hours and then catching pneumonia because we want the audience to feel sad.

Anime is pumped out really quickly and usually is just about getting to the point. American animation has better characters-writing usually because American animation started off from a place of writing musicals and writing musicals takes actual talent.
