Jinbei is the perfect addition as a late game crewmember. There's a reason why Oda postponed his joining the crew. he didn't have much room to grow so it only makes sense that he would join near the endgame where his experience would be an asset to the strawhats instead of an unfair advantage at a point where there isn't much moor room to grow strength wise.
