Thanks for sharing. Where is Bridge Protocol based?

So with a self-sovereign identity you can have a passport on your computer, you add details about yourself (claims) and then let a trusted verification partner check and testify these claims. Then you can use these attestations to proof various things about yourself, like if you are 18+ for example.
But Aver on Bridge Protocol goes even further, they also do check if you are cleared from listing in various lists. So basically you will have a trusted identity that can be used for DeFi, exchanges, online porn with age restriction, purchase of alcohol, cannabis and much more.
Very cool stuff!

Thank you for the information

When people realize that digital identity is the new defi engine for serious business. And it will be very soon with all the scammers around

They explain Bridge Version 3, the difference between verification (KYC) and authorization (SSI). New regulations for Defi and use cases for Bridge.
John Jackson
and can you elaborate on what about the DEFI regulation?
Xavier Wilson
Indeed. SSI is also still decentralized
Robert Bell
You see lots of scams coming in saying they are defi. You will need in the future to identify yourself to transfer crypto for example. Or at least and hopefully just shows you’re authorized to do this transaction (eg. You’re over 18, has an address, email and so on)
Angel King
This project seems to solve a very wide range of tasks, so wide that it is difficult for me to understand yet.
Logan Rogers
They have a working product, not a project anymore. In a nutshell you have a company that verify you With a KYC (Aver) and you have a solution that you can have this verification claim portable SSI (Bridge).
James Watson
"You see lots of scams coming in saying they are defi." Yep a lot
David Smith
This is the most important thing, not a project, but a finished product. It remains to understand how much in demand it is and what will be in the future.
